Indications:
-Unstable angina (as part of standard therapy);
-Acute myocardial infarction (as part of standard therapy);
-Prevention of recurrent myocardial infarction;
-After arterial vascular surgery or interventional procedures, such as aortocoronary venous bypass (ACVB) or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA);
-Prevention of transient ischemic attacks (TIA) and prevention of cerebral infarction after early symptoms have appeared.
Note: Aspirin enteric-coated tablets are not suitable for use as an analgesic due to the dosage of their active ingredient.
Administration:
Dosage
Unstable angina: The recommended daily dose is 1 tablet of aspirin enteric-coated tablets (equivalent to 100 mg aspirin per day);
Acute myocardial infarction: The recommended daily dose is 1 tablet of aspirin enteric-coated tablets (equivalent to 100 mg aspirin per day);
Prevention of recurrent myocardial infarction: The recommended daily dose is 3 tablets of aspirin enteric-coated tablets (equivalent to 300mg aspirin per day);
After arterial vascular surgery or interventional procedures, such as aortocoronary venous bypass (ACVB) or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA): The recommended daily dose is 1 tablet of aspirin enteric-coated tablets (equivalent to 100 mg aspirin per day).
For aortocoronary venous bypass (ACVB), the optimal time to start aspirin enteric-coated tablets is 24 hours after surgery.
Prevention of transient ischemic attacks (TIA) and prevention of cerebral infarction after early symptoms have appeared: The recommended daily dose is 1 tablet of aspirin enteric-coated tablets (equivalent to 100 mg aspirin per day).
Usage
Aspirin enteric-coated tablets should be taken with an adequate amount of water, preferably at least 30 minutes before meals. The enteric-coated tablets should not be crushed, broken, or chewed to ensure the active substance is released in the alkaline environment of the small intestine.
For the treatment of acute myocardial infarction, the first tablet of aspirin should be chewed or crushed before administration.
