Indications:

Administration:

Take orally, either on an empty stomach or during meals. The commonly used starting and maintenance dose is 1 tablet once a day, and it can be increased to 2 tablets once a day according to the condition.
This product is used for the treatment of patients whose blood pressure cannot be effectively controlled by using irbesartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone.
It is recommended that patients adjust the dosage of single components (i.e., irbesartan or hydrochlorothiazide) in combination therapy before using the fixed - dose combination. When the dosage of each single drug in the combination therapy is fixed, this compound can be used as a substitute.
The following situations can be directly converted from single - component to combination therapy: The 150 mg/12.5 mg combination of this product can be used for patients whose blood pressure cannot be effectively controlled by using 150 mg of irbesartan alone or hydrochlorothiazide alone.
A daily dose greater than 300 mg of irbesartan/25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide is not recommended. If necessary, this product can be used in combination with other antihypertensive drugs.
